Super Green Apple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew or almond milk
  • 1 big handful spinach πŸƒ
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 banana 🍌
  • 1/2 green apple washed, cored and unpeeled, plus 1/2 green apple reserved for toppings

Optional Toppings

  • green apple slices
  • pomegranate seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • kiwi berries cut in half πŸ₯
  • Add raw cacao nibs 🍫for extra crunch and extra magnesium.

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients above and pour into a bowl. Then top your bowl with optional toppings of your choice. See below for toppings.
