Thursday, April 12th

You will receive your full shopping list. It will itemize all of the yummy groceries you’ll need for 5 days of raw recipes, no mysteries, no fuss, no muss.

Monday, April 16th

Beginning Monday through Friday, you’ll receive one raw food recipe a day for 5 days to make at home. They’re delicious, I promise.

We invite you to join the Nourished Body and Mind Community on Facebook so you can share this experience with others in the challenge! (If you’ve ever done an adventure with me before, you already know the sheer power of a supportive community.) Pop on over there and introduce yourself.

Don’t miss an email from us…
