HOW DID I END UP HERE?
When I was in my late 30’s I began to slowly gain weight, so slowly that at first I really didn’t notice. Around the same time, I started getting tired in the afternoons, needing a nap or a cup of coffee by 4 in the afternoon… and the worst of all, I could feel myself becoming more and more irritable. I began to think that this was inevitable. I had two small children and my body was beginning to age.
But I was wrong. Weight gain wasn’t inevitable and I didn’t need to feel tired, cranky, sluggish and old. When I later went back to school to become certified in integrative nutrition, I discovered that many of the foods I was eating were no longer working for my body. By becoming aware of how my body responded to food, I was able to easily drop unnecessary weight, increase my energy, and become a happier, more even-tempered person.
And now, I want to share this process with you!
If you put the wrong fuel in your car, it sputters and complains. You need to flush out the engine to rid the car of the “toxins” that harm its performance. Once the engine is flushed, you refuel with the correct formula and your car is back to running, good as new.

Will I really see results in just 14 days?
Through this program I was able to identify and remove foods I am sensitive to.
After retiring about a year ago, I went on “vacation” mode. Although I got lots of exercise in my favorite sports, I was in a party mode and eating more snacks and social drinking. I gained weight. I decided I wanted to lose the weight and did make some changes on my own, but over time, my weight plateaued.
Through this program I was able to identify and remove foods I am sensitive to, look at problem eating patterns more objectively and accelerate my weight loss. In addition, my joint pain and bloating went away. I am less sluggish in the morning and in general look and feel better.
I really liked having a plan to get past my resistance to change some of my unhealthy habits. This, along with being able to check-in made me feel committed. I loved that I received detailed well-organized handouts of our training sessions, so I could review the materials as needed. I received positive reinforcement, which is different than plans I have been on in the past, and that worked very well for me.

Will I be hungry during the Reboot?
You may experience slight hunger during the first two days, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plans I have put together for you. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the reboot.
Going through this program allowed me to feel like myself again.
Before starting this program, I had been sick for a few months and was feeling very depleted. The reboot program helped me get back on track and to make more of a commitment to taking care of myself. As a massage therapist, I had heard about a lot of what was shared in the program, but I wasn’t implementing it for myself.
