Trail Mix

Trail mix, a delicious, plant-based snack by Joanne Schneider of Nourished Body and Mind.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup raw cacao nibs
  • ½ cup dried mulberries
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Mix all the above together and store in mason or other glass jars. Then take out about ½-1 cup, put in a small mason jar or a sealed bag and take it with you when you are going to be out.  Feel free to add, substitute and play here… you cannot do anything wrong. Try different combinations and see what you enjoy most.
