Super Green Apple Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup cashew or almond milk
  • 1 big handful spinach ?
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 banana ?
  • 1/2 green apple washed, cored and unpeeled, plus 1/2 green apple reserved for toppings

Optional Nutritional Boost

Optional Toppings

  • green apple slices
  • pomegranate seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • kiwi berries cut in half ?
  • Add raw cacao nibs ?for extra crunch and extra magnesium.


  • Blend all ingredients above and pour into a bowl. Then top your bowl with optional toppings of your choice. See below for toppings.
