Dark chocolate actually contains antioxidants that have been shown to lower blood pressure, balance the immune system and even improve brain function! ?

One of my favorite ways to express love is by creating delicious, healthy, beautiful food. And because you mean so much to me… I came up with this crowd pleasing, decadent, surprisingly healthy Spiced Chocolate “Hummus” especially for you!

Pair it with fresh fruit, salty pretzels, or use it as a spread on toast… I love it and hope you do, too!

  1. I was skeptical of the chocolate hummus until I saw the recipe for black beans. I have the beans and will get the cacao powder. I am sure it will be tasty and healthy and will try it this weekend. Thanks for the idea of pampering me!
