Queen of Mushrooms

Reishi mushrooms, referred to as the Queen of Mushrooms, benefits the heart and immune system. A powerful adaptogen, Reishi has a calming and centering effect, helps to balance hormones and has a deliciously earthy flavor that pairs well with cacao and coffee. Whenever I am feeling anxious, I reach for my Reishi first.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup nut milk
  2. 2 tablespoons rose water
  3. 2 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  4. 1 teaspoon yacon syrup OR honey
  5. 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
Optional garnish
  1. Food grade roses
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine nut milk and rose water in a small saucepan and warm for 3-5 minutes.
  2. 2. Blend warmed milk in a blender with the rest of the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into your cup, garnish with optional food grade roses if you choose, and enjoy.
