Queen of Mushrooms
Reishi mushrooms, referred to as the Queen of Mushrooms, benefits the heart and immune system. A powerful adaptogen, Reishi has a calming and centering effect, helps to balance hormones and has a deliciously earthy flavor that pairs well with cacao and coffee. Whenever I am feeling anxious, I reach for my Reishi first.

Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 2 teaspoon raw cacao powder Use code NOURISHED10 for 15% off
- 1 teaspoon yacon syrup OR honey
- 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
Optional garnish
Instructions
- 1. Combine nut milk and rose water in a small saucepan and warm for 3-5 minutes.
- 2. Blend warmed milk in a blender with the rest of the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into your cup, garnish with optional food grade roses if you choose, and enjoy.
