Raw Hummus with a twist

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sprouted chick peas ( you can sprout them yourself if you like or buy them that way)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Raw Tahini
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Large clove Garlic
  • 1/4 cup water (or more if it needs thinning)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 3-4 sprigs of rosemary, just the leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Optional- pinch of Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
