Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sprouted chick peas ( you can sprout them yourself if you like or buy them that way)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Raw Tahini
- 1 Lemon
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Large clove Garlic
- 1/4 cup water (or more if it needs thinning)
- 1/2 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 3-4 sprigs of rosemary, just the leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- Optional- pinch of Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
