- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 ripe banana (frozen is best)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2-3 pitted dates
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla or the insides of one vanilla bean
- a few ice cubes (more if you like it less thick)
- Place all the ingredients into the blender on high and enjoy!
