- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 handfuls of greens, washed, with stems removed (I use kale and spinach)
- 1/2 avocado (peeled and scooped)
- 1/2 orange (peeled)
- 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tablespoon of vegan protein powder (I use Sprout Living Epic brand)
- Coconut shavings (optional)
- Place all items in a blender.
- Blend at high speed until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and sprinkle with coconut shavings if you like.
