No matter where you get your produce, when it’s fresh and locally grown the flavors are amplified and they provide enjoyment, even without cooking. I often add both cooked and uncooked veggies to my meals, but one thing I have realized is that having a ready-made sauce or dressing can elevate the entire meal. So today I am excited to share a few of my favorite dips and dressings with you. You can make one or two ahead and have them for the whole week. I encourage you to experiment by adding them to different dishes! And as always, I would love to see or hear about your creations.
Happy tossing!

? My all-time favorite creamy dressing is my Lemony Tahini Dressing. With only 6 ingredients (+ water), this takes just minutes to prepare and can last in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 lemon juiced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 4 tbsp water more if you like it thinner
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and process (or blend) until uniformly smooth and creamy.
⭐️ I love adding my Lemony Tahini Dressing to cooked veggies like this Spiced and Roasted Cauliflower. It’s the perfect complimentary flavor and texture. You can also enjoy this dressing with a simple fresh salad!
