Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seed
- 2 cups nut milk of your choice ( I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla orseeds of one vanilla bean
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh berries*cut up nectarines, peaches or mango
Instructions
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in a medium size bowl, every 5 to ten minutes for about 20 minutes and then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Notes
Serve in individual bowls and top with berries and fruit. Enjoy!

How to make chocolate chia pudding? Can I add cacao powder?
Yes, that works well… make sure you mix it into the milk before adding the chia so it incorporates well.
