Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seed
  • 2 cups nut milk of your choice ( I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla orseeds of one vanilla bean
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh berries*cut up nectarines, peaches or mango

Instructions

  • Whisk first 5 ingredients in a medium size bowl, every 5 to ten minutes for about 20 minutes and then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve in individual bowls and top with berries and fruit. Enjoy!
