- 1/2 cup chia seed
- 2 cups nut milk of your choice
- ( I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or
- seeds of one vanilla bean
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh berries
- *cut up nectarines, peaches or mango
Whisk first 5 ingredients in a medium size bowl, every 5 to ten minutes for about 20 minutes and then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Serve in individual bowls and top with berries and fruit. Enjoy!
