Blueberry Chia Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen (I love to freeze a few...don't forget to take the skin off first, and then I have them on hand for smoothies)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Put all ingredients into the blender on high until well blended.
