YES!!! It’s December! I love the holidays and look forward to a myriad of seasonal joys that make this a special time year after year. For me, December means: spending more time at home; relaxing with family and friends; cooking and baking; the wafting scent of cinnamon and spice filling the house; big, warm, cozy blankets and sweaters; a roaring fire; hot cacao; and of course, deeply nourishing, hearty meals. As the year draws to a close, it’s also a good time for reflection.

I can hardly believe it’s been 4 years since I started Nourished Body and Mind. It has been a truly transformative experience for me, as I hope it has also been for many of you. To keep things fresh and exciting going forward, and because my team and I have been listening carefully to what you want, we have come up with some new and different ideas to welcome 2019. I am so excited to share with you a few developments that you can expect to see in the upcoming year.

1. Recipe of the Month + Musings.
Starting in January, once every month you will receive a new, taste-tested seasonal recipe along with some of the valuable bits of information about how the ingredients can benefit your body and mind.

2. Seasonal Reboots.
We will continue offering seasonal reboots, starting with our Winter Reboot in late January. There will be new additions to the Reboots and some new and exciting opportunities to purchase more and pay less. More on this coming soon.

3. Free Challenges!
We are planning several exciting free programs this year. But don’t worry, some are old favorites like KICKSTART – the best way to mindfully begin the year with essential and easy habits ( and awesome prizes too)!! Kickstart is beginning in early January… keep your eyes open for more info coming on that soon.

4. 3030.
Keep your eyes peeled later in 2019 for our brand new Spring/Summer Recipe Ebook chock full of 30 delicious plant-based meals that you can easily prepare in 30 minutes! We’re working on this now!

5. Private and group plant-based cooking classes.
I have been offering these classes to my private coaching clients for the last few years with great results and have decided to open up this opportunity to more of you. If you are interested in creating a group class with friends, or would like to organize a private cooking class party, or are looking for a personal one on one lesson, let’s chat!

6. Private and group coaching will continue.
At the moment, my schedule is full but there are always openings coming up! If you are interested in learning more about how private coaching can help you attain your goals for 2019 and would like a free consult, you can schedule one of them here.

Whether you have been here since the beginning, or you have joined us any time along the way, I want to take this moment to say thank you! Thank you for caring about your health, the health of your family and for trying to make the world a little better place. I am so grateful to you for welcoming me into your inbox every month, for your participation in the community challenges and other programs that I run throughout the year. The Nourished Body and Mind community has grown and thrived over the years and I cannot wait to see how we continue this trajectory in 2019!

I love seeing your enthusiasm and support for one another in our group programs and challenges! Your caring and heartwarming emails often make my day and seeing your versions of my recipes and your own creations over social media are the icing on the cake (so to speak ?). I am looking forward to an awesome 2019, and the opportunity to continue to grow and learn together with you and this beautiful community!

As always, I love to hear from you, so please feel free to leave a comment on the blog or reach out to me personally… you can hit reply or email me directly at joanne@nourishedbodyandmind.com
