Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cashew or almond milk
  2. 1 big handful spinach πŸƒ
  3. 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  5. 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  6. 1/4 banana 🍌
  7. 1/2 green apple (washed, cored and unpeeled), plus 1/2 green apple reserved for toppings
Optional Nutritional Boost

Optional Toppings
  1. green apple slices
  2. pomegranate seeds
  3. hemp seeds
  4. kiwi berries (cut in half) πŸ₯
  5. Add raw cacao nibs 🍫for extra crunch and extra magnesium.
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients above and pour into a bowl. Then top your bowl with optional toppings of your choice. See below for toppings.
