Quick Quinoa Breakfast
  1. 1 cup almond milk or nut milk of your choice
  2. 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  3. 1/4 cup goji berries
  4. pinch of sea salt ( I use pink Himalayan)
  5. maple syrup, raw honey
  6. optional 1 teaspoon of freeze dried pomegranate powder
  7. optional fresh fruit, berries, nuts or seeds
  1. Bring milk to almost a boil.
  2. Add the quinoa flakes, goji berries, pomegranate powder, and salt and then remove from heat.
  3. Let it sit, covered for about 3 or 4 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and top with seasonal fruit or nuts, i love it with hemp seeds and fresh berries.
