Green Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 handfuls of greens, washed, with stems removed (I use kale and spinach)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and scooped)
  • 1/2 orange (peeled)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 tablespoon of vegan protein powder (I use Sprout Living Epic brand)
  • Coconut shavings (optional)
Directions:

Place all items in a blender.

Blend at high speed until creamy and smooth.

Pour into a glass, and sprinkle with coconut shavings if you like.
