- 2 cups of green juice
- 1 cup of high quality water
- 1 packed cup of spinach
Blend those first and then add:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 1/2 cups of sunflower sprouts
- 1 inch ginger (i like to use the baby ginger when possible)
- A small amount of dulse (could be 1 tsp, I use more)
Blend on high and drink within 24 hours.
