- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1/3 scant cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp fresh vanilla (or the seeds of one vanilla bean)
- 1 tbsp fresh orange zest
- 1/2 orange-juiced (about 1/4 cup of juice)
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.
Plate and serve or store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
