Decadent Chocolate Orange Pudding

Decadent Chocolate Orange Pudding
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 1/3 scant cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp fresh vanilla (or the seeds of one vanilla bean)
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange zest
  • 1/2 orange-juiced (about 1/4 cup of juice)

Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.

Plate and serve or store in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
